Where marketing consent is requested, choosing to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required in order to submit an accommodation enquiry.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication or by contacting:

sales@sisistay.com

Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect communications that are necessary to manage an active enquiry, booking or existing business relationship.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet any applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

As a general approach:

  • Booking, contractual and financial records may be retained for up to six years where necessary for accounting, tax, legal or regulatory purposes.

  • Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or we determine that the information is no longer required.

  • Where you request deletion of your information, we will remove or anonymise information where legally permitted and where there is no overriding requirement for us to retain it.

Retention periods may vary where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
